Research and Extension Centers

A new aspect of our partnership is the creation of Research and Extension Centers where farmers with small plots can learn improved techniques for growing food crops and managing animal production. Our schools are also beginning to benefit from expanded gardens and coaching in animal husbandry. Our aim is that a new generation will be trained in agriculture, animal husbandry, and forestry, helping to promote sustainable development in Haiti. Overall, the centers will bring holistic change through empowering individuals and communities.
